One of the positive experiences of 2024, Dream Production was working as an artistic producer on the film “Ali Abdel Khaleq… The Journey” with my friend, director Hesham Ali Abdel Khaleq, and witnessing how he portrayed the legacy of his father, the great director Ali Abdel Khaleq. When we read Mr. Ali’s book “Me and the New Cinema Group”, We realized the significance of this journey and, at the same time, the weight of responsibility placed on our shoulders. we are deeply grateful for the experience of the late Ali Abdel Khaleq and for Hesham’s enthusiasm in taking on this challenging project. We would also like to thank everyone who worked with us, supported us, and continues to do so: the renowned film critic Mohamed El-Rouby, Rifaat Sarour, Marwa El-Sory, and the film’s guests, actor Hussein Fahmy, cinematographers Said Shimi and Rifaat Ragheb.
