Nagui Chehata
- Egyptian actor born in 1967.
- He started his passion for acting when he was in high school . He acted some plays in French from the classic and the modern French repertoire.
- After his university studies of French literature in Cairo he started to teach French and directed many French plays with his student.
- In 2005 he played in France in Bourgogne a play called Le Cabaret du Pire .
- Then in 2009 it was his first acting experience in Arabic with Laila Soliman in Cairo a play called “At your Service”.
- In 2013 He also played a modern adaptation of a play of Jean Paul Sartre ” Huis clos” in 3 languages Arabic English and French in Egypt and in Serbia.
- In 2015 He played the main Character in a play called Ubu Roi in Arabic .
- In 2019 He participated in an Egyptian French project and played in a play called “Tesbah ala Kheir” Aka “Good Night”.
- In 2020 He played in a site-specific play called “My Bedroom” performed in Egypt for more then 50 nights till 2022.
